Don't be fooled, it's been raining and storming all September. This isn't the first one. I just liked the way the clouds are seen mirroring in the widows on this building, but the sky behind the building is clear. The picture is converted into black/white to enhance the contrasts. And to cover up how ugly the building really is. Also; the sky behind the building wasn't as blue as I wanted it to be, because this picture was shot in the evening with the sun behind the clouds. It turned out better this way.
