I don't know what I'ld do if the authorities banned coffee. but I wouldn't be surprised, as addictive as it is. Coffee has been my savior throughout the summer. Staying home with a 1 year old, usually means getting up at 6 or 7 every day (no week-end rest :). And the only way I got through that part was Sebastian's good mood, and a "bucket" of coffee.
Now; about the coffee: I prefer freshly grained coffee if I can get it. That's why I have beans in the freezer (keeps them fresh longer) and a coffee grinder on the kitchen counter. I've been keeping track of how much coffee it took me to get through the summer. When we got home from our vacation in the middle of June, I bought 2 Kg beans (You should have seen the expression of the person at the check out counter ;) ). As Sebastian started at the day care last week, all of it was gone.
