The goobleween event of the year has become a tradition, and we are always looking forward to it. LEB, DTP and I spend 2-3 days in a kitchen, planning and preparing a stuffed turkey served with whatever we desire. And the guests (10 in all this year, including the three chefs) will never know exactly what to expect.
This year we made a simple dinner (due to all the things happening to everyone involved) with only a main course, and a dessert. Accompanying the stuffed turkey, we served a simple vegetable mix, steamed in butter (one baby friendly, and one spicy), mashed potatoes and red wine sauce. For dessert we served an apple cake with vanilla ice-cream (all home made).
We also tried to include Sebastian in the kitchen, but he wouldn't fit in the pot :)
