No plums this year

A wall in our garden gave in this winter, and we had to do some major reconstruction. Sadly our plum trees were in the way for the "diggers", and had to be moved. When all was done, the trees were cut down to a "minimum", and put somewhere else. We had no idea if they survived the ordeal or not.

Then, just the other day, we saw new branches popping up everywhere, and on both trees. There are no flowers, so there will be no plums. but hopefully we'll see plums already next year.

I usually try to get a few good shots of the plum tree flowers each year, as they look beautiful in sunlight. No such luck this year. These shots had to be "stolen" from the neighbor's trees. Still beautiful, but not mine to harvest this year.

The tulips are also from the same neighboring garden. Ours was looking like a digging site until this week. But now there's a new lawn, and we're ready do create some new flower beds (if we want to)
