Back from "London"

I could be in a better mood when posting this, but I won't let my miss at the latest exam get the better of me.

Those of you who do drop by from time to time, might have noticed a very long period of silence. And the reason for this is a very simple one. I've been using all my energy these previous three weeks on an exam I had on Dec. 14th.

I've spent most of theses weeks on the road, attending a boot camp and traveling to the actual site where I could take the Exam. Doing all of this, the blog (but most of all my Family) have suffered some negligence from me. (actually I feel a bit lucky right now; Gatwick closed soon after we got to London, and Heathrow closed down the night I left. Brussels is now closed due to the lack of defrosting liquid. I obviously spent my luck on the traveling, not the exam)

Since I did not pass, I will still have to get back to study-mode after x-mas. But for now; All the breaks are on, and I am trying to find the x-mas spirit :)

Two of the weeks on the road was spent in UK. In a tiny place outside London, called Milton Keynes. Not much ever happen there, so when we had a day off we hit London for some sightseeing and shopping.

The weather conditions weren't the best for shooting good pictures, but here is a sample of the shots I got to take during a few hours of "running around", showing London to someone who had never been to Europe before. Great fun, tired legs and maxed out credit cards....... A perfect day :)
