Two to compare

I just want you to stop for two seconds, and compare these two shots. Same scene, different lighting conditions. One is shot in daylight (cloudy), the other just before nightfall.

It's clear to me the slow shutterspeed needed at night has brought better colors to the photo. But there is one other thing I discovered about the shot taken late in the evening, the water was still and it brought a really nice effect to the shot :)
